On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, we gave a lecture at the small and medium-sized hydroelectric power generation technology classification business briefing session (meeting room of the Mini Hydropower Development Support Association) sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment.



We talked about  the acquired merits of the technical content, verification content and results of the ETV business, and the results of the mini hydroelectric power plant "Takao ELIS Power Plant, Niimi City," which we have always installed in the agricultural canal in Takao, Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture.

The test results of output and efficiency depending on the flow rate did not differ significantly from the values published by us, and the ETV test results were larger depending on the flow rate.
In addition, noise, which was a concern, was also measured, and the result was below the reference value for mental and physical complaints.

Through the ETV business, we were able to obtain an objective evaluation from a highly reliable third-party organization called the Ministry of the Environment, and based on that, we were able to proceed with research and development of more efficient water turbines.
