On Wednesday, October 9, 2019, he gave a lecture at the "2019 (Reiwa 1st Year) Environmental Technology Demonstration Project Information Session and Workshop" (CIVI Training Center Niimi Higashi E5 Hall [E503]) sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment, we talked the technical content, the content of the verification by the ETV business, the verification result, and the obtained merits about the mini hydroelectric power plant "Takao ELIS Power Plant in Niimi City" that we have installed in Takao, Niimi City, Okayama Prefecture.

　



In the ETV business, the output and efficiency test results based on the flow rate did not differ significantly from the values published by us, and the ETV test results were larger depending on the flow rate. Noise, which was a concern, was also measured, and the result was below the reference value for mental and physical complaints.

　

　

Regarding these demonstration results, we were able to obtain an objective evaluation by a highly reliable third-party organization called the Ministry of the Environment, and based on that, we were able to proceed to research and development of highly efficient water turbines. It was a big advantage that I got in.
